Watch the videos and see if her style of yoga appeals to you! Esther is now using Facebook to share her free stuff http://www.facebook.com/EkhartYoga and from there you can subscribe to her YouTube channel where she is starting to make short yoga classes available. Whenever I am asked to recommend a resource, I always recommend Esther, particularly for those relatively new to yoga. She demonstrates and explains really well.
