Yoga for Sleep Recovery

March 19th 2021 is World Sleep Day.
Only those who know what it's like not to sleep well genuinely know how awful it is not to sleep.
If you would like to use yoga breathing, relaxation and poses to help you sleep better, rest better and feel better then consider joining these classes.
On March 20th, April 24th, May 22nd and June 19th I will teach yoga classes / mini workshops to help you with both sleep recovery and energy restoration. Classes will be 9am to 10:30am. £15 for one class, £50 for all 4. All classes on Zoom. Payment in advance and no refunds. Payment secures your place.
These classes are inspired by and based on Lisa Sanfilippo's course, for Sleep Recovery and Insomnia. If you are serious about implementing these these techniques and maybe making some changes in your lifestyle to improve your wellbeing through better sleep and rest then please consider purchasing the book from Wordery or Amazon.
Classes are suitable for all, including beginners. There will be some knowledge aspects, learning about the things we may be doing to unkowingly sabotage our sleep. There will be some breathing practices, yoga poses and relaxation all designed to specifically prepare you good sleep and / or to repair your energy levels if you wake up not feeling rested. It's not intended to be a quick fix, but it may well start you on the road to better sleep, better energy and feeling better.
